We are looking for an Order Management Team Lead to join MicroSourcing Eastwood.
The client is one of America's largest and fastest-growing online retailers of specialized automotive products.
We're looking for a Supervisory level that can work mostly with US working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage an order management team in dealing with Customer orders/requests by providing the deliverable according to the Service Level Agreement.
• Work with multiple functions. Finance, Corporate Logistics, Supply Chain, etc. to meet customer needs with a focus on business process improvement and customer relations.
• Staff motivation, Performance appraisal of team members, and counseling for performance and capability building in conformance with goals.
• Ensure Adherence to committed quality, accuracy & turnaround of the process, render Services within agreed Service Level Agreement and Timeliness.
• Lead/Manage all aspects of the team with emphasis on continuous improvement in operating results and strengthening the underlying process.
• Ensure the application of the floor policies and practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Order Management processes
• 1+ year experience in a people management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytic and synthesis skills
• Good working knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning for logistics/order management
• Very good order management knowledge
• Good leadership & people management skills
• Self and professional motivation; protectiveness
• Counseling, mentoring capacity
• Planning and organizing capacity
