Mission
You will ensure operations order management in Taiwan are running smoothly, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle while handling end-to-end customer queries.
As an Operations Order Management Associate your key objectives will be to...
Order Management:
Document approval: Match the uploaded ID with the information provided by the customer
Monitor orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth execution
Customer Experience Support:
Work closely with the customer service team
Provide ad-hoc support in responding to customer queries regarding order management or delivery issues/status/amendments
Internal Operations:
Internal reporting and KPI management
Coordination with other teams such as technical teams, customer service, marketing etc.
We are looking for individuals who...
Ideal candidate will have experience working in an operations role for 1-3 years
Candidates with prior start-up or telecom experience are preferred
Good problem solving skills with an eye for details
Good work ethics, punctuality and reliability are highly valued
Basic English skills (reading and speaking) is a must
Must be keen to have fun on the job!
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
