How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Receive device orders from clients via phone calls, email, or other digital channels
Obtain customer details and billing information and enter them into our database
Notify relevant departments when supplies are low or orders can deplete available supplies
Inspect device orders to ensure compliance with client specifications
Review order requests for completeness and forward them to relevant departments for delivery
Forward incomplete orders to relevant departments for further processing
Update clients on their order requests, especially unexpected delays
Offer device-related items or services through upselling or cross-selling
BPO experience (6 months or more)
Experience in a similar field
Technical support background in a telco account
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to receive on-the-job training
Excellent client support (particularly complaint handling)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, and database apps)
