Job Responsibilities
Generate Supply/Demand Report and Horizontal Plan. Analyze and manage exceptions in order to identify gaps.
Manage and create Internal Requisitions to meet requested date of customers.
Coordinate and work internally with Sales, Buyer/Purchaser, Logistics and Manufacturing Team to prioritize material requirements.
Review and analyze critical parts, scheduling and inventory transfer requirements using E2PR.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Operations by alerting management of key process issues, including root causes, suggestions for improvement, and implementation.
Manage allocation of constrained materials.
Create and maintain accurate reports using Oracle and E2PR data to maintain Supply Plan analysis.
On-time Delivery (OTD) Validation and reporting.
Sales Order Defect validation, analysis and execution.
Raise ticket for system issues affecting operations and data integrity.
Attend UAT Testing and consolidate results.

Minimum Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
At least 3 years' experience in a related field with Supply Chain background purchasing and planning skills and knowledge
Ability to be extremely proactive and drive for results
Ability to be flexible and go beyond the everyday job requirements to get problem solved
Ability to solve issues independently, but prioritize and escalate appropriate issues when necessary
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications, Proficiency in an ERP application such as Oracle or SAP
Must be willing to work on Night shift
Ability to handle multiple task under tight deadline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization
With no records of deliberate violation of any SunPower programs, Policies and guidelines
Has been in current post for at least one year
