Job Description
The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for providing consistent high quality customer service to customers, both internal and external through efficient receiving and booking of customer orders, handling of orders, follow ups, requests, and complaints; ensures monitoring of order status and provides prompt and accurate feedback to satisfy customers
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree of any course
Experience:
Experience in customer service and related work is a plus
Customer service focused personality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer software and data processing skills
Must be hard working and analytical
Other Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Orientation.
Computer software and Data Processing literacy.
Willing to render extended hours, hardworking and analytical.
Additional Information
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: * Proficient in computerized systems and application.
Ability to work collaboratively with external parties.
Detailed oriented and strong follow-up skills.
