Project Brief:
An experienced NetSuite Administrator is needed to work with various finance team member across the business as well as engagement with SI partner to manage and own the newly implemented NetSuite ERP implementation post Go-Live. Alongside this will be managing the integration with the Salesforce CRM platform.
 
Background
An end-user is currently implementing NetSuite ERP with a bidirectional Salesforce integration and are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with Finance Business Partner experience to support various stakeholders in the business as well as escalating issues to support the teams and liaising with the SI Partner.
 
 
Requirement:
-Experienced (2+ years minimum) NetSuite Administrator with good technical and functional knowledge of NetSuite or any other Oracle ERP platform
-Ability to support Finance stakeholders in resolving issues by being the first line support for all issues that may arise post implementation
-Take ownership of the day-to-day management and improvement of NetSuite configuration and any integrated platforms (Salesforce)
-Good stakeholder management across different geographical regions and excellent communication skills
 
Skills:
-Ability to work collaboratively i.e., support Finance and other key stakeholders in resolving technical issues as they arise post implementation
-Updating workflows and ability to improve the system to meet the changing needs of the business
-Ability to support data migration
-Support UAT and Training ahead of Go-Live
 
Desirable:
-Core understanding of Finance business process (O2C, P2P, R2R and Interco consolidation)
-NetSuite and Finance certifications
-Experience of Salesforce CRM integration
-Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation will be the client’s preference
-Worked within a Finance team/function or finance background would be beneficial
-Post Go-Live MS Business Central implementation exposure
-Exposure to Adaptive Insights (non-technical)
-Configuration and migration
