Oracle HCM Fusion TechnicalZALORA SEA

We are looking for an Application Consultant to join our Engineering Enterprise Team. This position will be based in Malaysia or the Philippines (open for remote work from other countries).
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Extensively experienced in Developing or extending reports with Report composer in BIP/OTBI instances
Knowledge and Experience for different HCM Modules like Core HR, Absence, Goals and
Performance, Recruiting, Talent Management
Create Infolets and Dashboards
Design & Develop interfaces to/from Oracle HCM Applications and other Applications (Oracle Bursting)
Experience on Fast Formula for various modules
Knowledge on data mapping and data loading using HDL/PBL import/export
Work on all project phases analysis/design, configure, validate, transition and realization
Create Technical Design documents based on Functional Requirements
Extend Oracle HCM Fusion applications
Good to Have Expertise on various modes of integration
Should have good knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager and security consoles.
Experienced in System Release Upgrades and P2T
Experience with below:
Oracle HCM Data Loader
Oracle Spreadsheet data loader
Oracle Payroll Batch Loader
Oracle BI Publisher
Oracle Dashboard
Additional Requirements
6-8 years of technical/integration experience as part of Oracle HCM Fusion implementation projects
Must at least been part of 2 end to end Implementation Project
Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion technical aspects
Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills
Good command over spoken & written English
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers.
Additional Experienced in SAP Concur and other related HR Software will be an advantage.
