Job Functions:
• Deliver application maintenance and support services to customers.
• Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process.
• Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported.
• Perform program development for application enhancement.
• Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor.
• Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour.
• Travel to Hong Kong for training maybe required.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other relevant
disciplines..
• A minimum of 1-year IT experience.
• With experience in EBS / PLSQL / Publisher / Unix scripting.
