-Proven record of volume hiring
-Scheduling of interviews with the hiring manager of Operations
-Previous experience in operation roles in customer service/BPO (handling operational processes and systems)
-Experience in working with various stakeholders (internal & external) is an advantage
-Coordinates with HR for the job offers of the hired candidates
Qualifications
-Bachelor's/College degree
-At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
-Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
