Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Will be working as Operator for Metrobaby and one of our sister company, MassageDaily.
2. Answer to calls and texts of clients for order queries or booking of massage appointments.
3. Reply to social media messages for queries or booking of massage appointments.
4. Fill up the daily worksheet and ensure that details are complete.
5. Analyze the worksheet and bookings to be able to entertain the most number of clients as much as possible.
6. Ensure that all therapists are on time and fetched by the riders.
7. Able to encourage or convince clients to avail more services or add-ons.
8. Answer to complaints of customers properly and be able to think of solutions.
9. Maintain an inventory of supplies/stocks.
10. Learn and understand the services, menu, packages, and promos or discounts
11. Practice excellent communication skill.
12. Initiate customer excellence by attending promptly to every customer, showing warm and accommodating impact.
13. Attend to customers and perform duties and responsibilities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
14. Expected to be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skills: Excellent Communication
4. Familiar in some basic facets of wellness and massage.
5. Willing to work in Quezon City
