Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Endorse to incoming shift
· Conduct housekeeping to all area of responsibility
· Check into the ESD tester every start of the shift and update on ESD checklist.
· Update ESD checklist forms
· Conduct inventory of gold wire in the vault per custom source every start and end of the shift
· Distribute capillary to technicians as per line assignment
· Withdraw gold wire every B-shift
· Conduct weekly inventory of gold wire once a week & every shutdown schedule
· Distribute saw blades to wafer saw
· Distribute pick-up tip per Diebond module
· Issue nozzle at Diebond
· Distribute left-over frame & epoxy sticker
· Conduct leadframe inventory per leadtype & flagsize
· Withdraw leadframe
· Epoxy inventory per part number
· Distibute left-over frames to Diebond operators
· Manages bonding diagram
· Collect used PUT (pick-up tips) & nozzle for cleaning
· Segregate PUT per sizes using microscope
· Withdraw supplies from Gen. Store on C-shift
· Update epoxy and leadframes withdrawal log sheet
· Collect & weigh stray goldwires every C-shift
· Collect & weigh all used epoxy & update epoxy log sheet per part number
· Get updated Bonding Diagram from Document Control
· Surrender obsolete Bonding Diagram to Document Control
· Collect capillaries from line technicians
· Log all left-over frames
· Up date all logsheet (every Friday night)
· Transaction of all epoxy wastage & dummy frames per part number per week (Sunday or Monday)
· Secure scrap ticket for dummy frames, epoxy wastage, mylar & hazardous waste
· Conduct month-end inventory of goldwire, frames & epoxy
· Collect used set-up frames
· Clean PUT
Qualifications
Graduate of 2 years Technical/ Vocational course or finished at least 2 years in College and at least 5 months experience as FOL Material Handler
