1. Perform Incoming QA functions that involve visual inspection, mechanical and dimension checking, monitoring as required per functional area.
2. Makes disposition on non-conforming materials whether to accept or reject a lot during incoming inspection on the basis of applicable inspection criteria and sampling specification.
3. Provides manufacturing support in resolving any quality issues on incoming materials problems.
4. Checks the condition, perform minor trouble shooting of the measurement equipment or tool being used to accomplish the job.
5. Report, highlights, makes recommendation or suggestion on any issue or concern for the improvement of quality of the incoming materials.
6. Participates in company activities.
Qualifications
1. Have completed at least 2 years of college education or technology background or at least 2 years experience in semiconductor assembly or measurement/inspection operations.
2. Have basic knowledge of process, materials, measurement equipment.
3. Have clear vision and have a ability to exercise good judgmenet to accept or reject based on standard operating procedure and work instructions.
