Job Overview
As a Team Leader/Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees. Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines. Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concern and policies among management and team members.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Open to Bachelor's degree holder and completed 2-year Vocational courses
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a customer service environment
• Must have at least two (2) years of Lead/Supervisory experience in a BPO setup
• Must have experience in handling voice and non-voice account for different accounts/campaigns
• Experience in Coaching, Reporting, and Stakeholder management is highly preferred
• Amenable and adaptive to a multi-tasking field (shared resource for Training, Quality, Operations)
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both oral and written is a requirement
• Amenable to work in Iloilo City
• Can start ASAP
