With an extensive history and proven track record in customer and operations support, you will be responsible for providing effective remote support for Envirosuite customers worldwide in line with our organization's goals and vision, and customer requirements. In a customer-facing position, the Operations Analyst represents the brand so it is essential that they perform the role in accordance with company values.
In the absence of the Operations Centre Regional Manager for the timezone, the Grade 2 Analyst is the shift leader and is responsible for tasking the Grade 1 Analyst during the shift.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer support in accordance with Envirosuite values and brand
Effective communication with customers, staff, and subcontractors
Responding to support requests and alerts within agreed timeframes from telephone, email, and internet
Resolve or escalate incoming requests within agreed timeframes
Maintain documentation, and identify opportunities for process and procedure improvement
Maintain the integrity of ticketing system and incident records
Tasking Grade 1 Analyst according to requirements of shift
Daily shift reporting
Effective communication for Major Incidents
Working in accordance with corporate policies and processes, including time reporting
Other duties as required by the manager
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
Team leadership
Able to effectively delegate tasks and lead the shift
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Familiarity with IT support principles such as ITIL
Basic knowledge of networking methodologies
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to complete multiple tasks within timeframes
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Proficient at assessing and understanding customer requirements
Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
Problem-solving skills
Reliability and punctuality
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of at least one key industry such as aviation, construction, mining, water, and/or environmental monitoring
