OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
Education:
Must be a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
Experience:
Must have a 3-5 years experience as a Operations Supervisor in a restaurant or any hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge in a restaurant operations including kitchen, front office, and the like
Staff Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including waiters, bartenders, utilities, kitchen staff, etc.
Schedule shifts and manage employee work hours
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards. 
Address customer's concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and improve overall customer experience.
Dedication in providing an exceptional customer experience. 
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve operational issues as arise.
Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staffs.
Leadership Abilities:
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Willingness to render extended hours on duty.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
