Manages and motivate shop floor operation's team to increase efficiency.
Communicates with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel and processes.
Ensures standards are maintained during the day and at closings.
In charge of daily operational needs on the shop floor across all three sections.
Responsible for ensuring the best RFID practice at all times.
Ensure an effective replenishment that complies with company standards.
