Supervise & monitor the whole operations activity to avoid penalties and claims.
Ensure timely closure of Finances activity, like Cash Advances, Payment to carries and suppliers.
Responsible to provide best solution for the clients and company's interest.
Responsible for continuous improvement of service process both quality and productivity.
Holds regular meeting with staff to discuss problems, issues and ideas for improvement.
Responsible for ensuring System Updates by the team.
Ensures that KPI are meet, both operations and clients.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Business Administration, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Four to Six years of freight forwarding operation experience is a must.
A minimum of 4-6 years of inbound/outbound freight forwarding experience.
With minimum 4years experience as Supervisor in a Freight Forwarding company.
Knowledge of Incoterms 2010 & 2020
Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards
Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Trustworthy & has good Ethics.
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills with good commination.
Has strong leadership and decision-making ability.
