Monitor and audit cases, emails and transactions of LNP Sales Operations including Territory Recodes and Mass recode activities
Effectively coach team members on their opportunities.
Report measurable performance indicators for various Operations teams
Identify and initiate process improvements to effectively align team's capabilities with current and future needs.
Present trend analysis of reports and provide recommendations to enhance business process management
Present Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Assessments of the Team's performance.
Provide support and inputs on SOP creation and calibration.
Identify key strengths of each team member and delegate tasks or projects accordingly
Support N&B Admin in News and Business space
Leads process initiatives and BU-initiated Projects
Support the Business in creating new userguides and processes
