We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
