Description
(work assignment: Grand Siete, Jagobiao, Mandaue City)
Oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel
Involves in supervising the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of materials
Manages and maintains communications with people involve in the shipping and delivery of merchandise
Oversee the transportation of cargos from one location to another
Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly
Conduct a cost analysis of all cargo freight transactions in order to select one that is cost-efficient and able to handle the shipment loads
Communicate with trucking companies, department/office personnel, and customers
Ensure that all groups are working together to guarantee that items are correctly and properly packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner
Contacting various transportation companies to get quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
