2 OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (CARGO SHIPPING)
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in domestic shipping operations in the Philippines, preferably involving cargo vessels
Knowledge of Philippine maritime regulations and agencies (MARINA, Philippine Coast Guard, PPA)
Experience in vessel operations, cargo scheduling, port operations, and coordination with ship crews
Background as a ship officer (Deck or Engine) or operations staff in a shipping company is an advantage
Good understanding of cargo types, stowage principles, and vessel safety practices
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational
issues simultaneously
