QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in BS- Food Technology or related fields
with at least 3 years working experience in food production/operation
Experience in a food/bakery commissary is an advantage
Strong organization and leadership skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production monitoring and control. Supervise commissary team for implementation of timely production schedule
Manage manpower schedule tasks, and optimize tasks
Plan, endorse recommendations and implement measures for cleanliness & maintenance of equipment and facilities
Assist in material cost management, endorse recommendations on ingredients and materials for optimum costs and quality
Lead the team to achieve production volumetric targets
Be able to implement and improve procedures for customer service management
Interview and assessment of applicants for commissary and cafe
Coordinate and assist the technical services team in conducting trainings
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Coordinate with various department for regulatory compliance
