Description
- To manage day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, to develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer service and meeting/exceeding sales goals of the organization.
- People management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development
- Operational management
- Managing the floor, adherence to schedule
- Ownership and problem resolution
- Call monitoring. coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call
- Motivation, leadership for a team of 5 agents (to start the account and will grow to 50 agents)
- Conducting performance appraisal for the team
- Compiling reports on team's performance and feedback
- Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vise versa
Qualifications Required for a Team Leader:
- minimum of 5 years experience in the BPO industry handling sales campaigns
- minimum of 3 years experience handling a team as a supervisor or a manager
- Sales experience is a MUST
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Willing to work during night shifts (10PM-7AM, Mon-Fri and Sat/Sun off)
This position is open to aspiring candidates from different regions of the Philippines who are willing to relocate in Angono, Rizal
