The Company

Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills - while helping us bring trust to global trade.
You can help us to manage our back-office operations from our office in the Philippines, ensuring that our clients receive only the highest level of service.
The Job
You will report to our General Manager and work directly with our operations departments in the Philippines and overseas. You will deal with inspection bookings validation, inspection protocols creation, and inspections reports validation.
You will be expected to
Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
Optimize resource planning according to the business forecast and our service objective level.
Line management of team members and adherence to delivery and quality SLAs.
Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
Able to present and communicate team performance, write project reports as necessary.
The Candidate
It could be you, if you:
Have 3-5 years work experience in quality, consumer goods or business process delivery roles.
Have Supervisor level experience.
Can work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Curious, imaginative, and always ready to tackle new challenges.
