OPERATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy or Business Related Course;
Must have 2-5 years experienced as Operations Manager
Experience in shipping company (domestic or international) or Travel Agency is a plus.
Physically fit who can handle work pressure
Has good planning, leadership, delegating and coordinating skills;
Must be flexible, fast learner who can easily adopt the fast phase environment which is a 24/7 nature of work;
Must be result oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills;
Must be persuasive who can motivate staff to deliver desired output at the same time who can convey to the management possible solution or improvements to existing system.
Willing to be assign in Davao (Brgy. Panacan) and Gensan (Brgy. Labangal)
