OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job Description:
·        Oversee daily operations and ensure workflows run efficiently
·        Visits branches to address concerns
·        Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation
·        Submits reports on Sales and Operational concerns to the GM
·        Identify opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers
·        Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
·        Formulate procedures to prevent the recurrence of problems encountered
·        Device promotional ideas to increase sales
·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure quality standards are met
·        Fosters a high-performing work team culture throughout the company
·        Recruit, train, and supervise team members
·        Evaluates employees
·        Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic objectives
·        Implements performance appraisal, rewarding, and disciplining employees
·        Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory requirements
·        Forecast business needs and support long-term planning
·        Impose rules and regulations of the company
·        Conduct meetings to address problems
·        Issues memorandums to discipline an employee or to disseminate information.
 
Required skills:
·        Strong leadership and communication skills
·        Proven project management and organizational skills
·        Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis platforms
·        Problem-solving and decision-making ability
·        Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
·        Strong financial management and reporting skills
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
·        5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role
·        Hardworking, honest, and self-reliant
·        Can work with minimum supervision
·        Willing to travel
