OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
SCOPE & MAIN PURPOSE
Plan, lead, organize, and oversee the daily resorts operations, and realize business & financial targets.
To take control and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the departments.
Ensuring facilities are maintained to the standards required and the departmental budgeted profitability is achieved.
Highly skilled and knowledgeable on Strategic Forecasting, Planning, Administration and Implementation
Provide outstanding customer service and exemplary guests engagement
To develop a cohesive and trained team who is able to provide superior guest service and maximize revenue.
To ensure accommodation business targets for revenue, occupancy and profit achieve or exceed the hotel/ resort budget.
To develop the hotel/ resort business through proactive selling activities and the effective conversion of all suitable accommodation inquiries.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
3 to 5 years on a senior managerial role in a Hotel/ Resort
Has knowledge in Basic Accounting
Good time management skills
Excellent analytical skills, and keen to details
Excellent customer service
Exhibit leadership and people management skills
Willing to be assigned in Sogod, Cebu
