Job Description
Responsible for the development, training & improvement of all front and back of house staff through training programs, performance feedback, personal development, and accountability of actions.
Refine, develop, implement and manage all SOP's, processes, and checklists to meet the HACCP food safety and hygiene standards. Ensure robust processes are strictly followed at all times.
Responsible for the planning and recruitment and to ensure competent staff are in place, capable of carrying out the role's requirements and responsibilities.
Responsible for the Management and updating of POS and other internal programs.
Constantly reviewing and ensuring all food and beverage served to all customers is of the highest standard and quality.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Minimum of 5 years in multi-site management experience.
Good understanding of HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations to international standard.
Exposure or understanding of Sixth Sigma Principles.
Current food safety supervisor certificate
Good understanding of all kitchen operations.
