Job Description
• Managing the day-to-day operations
• Overseeing Quantity Assurance / Control ensuring our customers receive highest quality product
• Developing and implementing operational improvement
• Develop a high-performance workforce • Operational costs running within budgeted allocation
The role reports to the General Manager and Group CEO.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Seeking a manager to run its concrete operations here in Lae, PNG and taking it to the next level. Ensuring our customers receive high level of service and quality product fit for purpose.
• Previously managed Ready Mixed Concrete Plant
• Previous work experience as an Expat or overseas working experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • With concrete technology experience
• Ability to think and strategize for the company's big picture goals • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a changing and multi-cultural environment
