QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
3 or more years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, other departments, and external partners.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies
Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements in operational processes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Risk management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the continuity of business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization's operations.
