OPERATIONS MANAGER
Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Works closely with the Enterprise Director on special planning and departmental projects
Collaborates with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of project management, heavy equipment industry, or any related experience.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays-Saturdays : 2:00PM to 10:00PM
