PALMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is looking for an Operations Manager capable to handle and lead our growing company.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Related Field
1-3 years proven work experience as Operations Manager
Familiarity with Business and Financial principles and practices
Experience in Furniture industry is a plus
Strong Leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
Delegate responsibilities effectively
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, supervisors, and employees.

Provide leadership to team leaders & members
Develop systems for efficient company operations
Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions and procedures
