JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure quality standards throughout the Resort and provide an excellent experience for the guests. This role is responsible for overseeing accommodation, food, and beverage, reception, and conference.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) Degree in hospitality/tourism or related
Work experience as a Resident Manager/Hotel Manager/Assistant General Manager of Operations or a similar role required.
Skills in leading and managing an operation team
Ability to take the lead in analyzing situations and data
Willing to work broken time
Willing to be assigned at Catigan, Toril Davao City
Oversees Operation and to make sure that CMBR service standards are met.
