Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience
Working knowledge of management software programs, Strong IT Skills, Including Database Development
Strong Skills in Budget development and oversight
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control and customer service
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
Can work under pressure and multi-task
Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite
Willing to start immediately.
Salary Range : 30-40k
