Salary Range: 1000 – 1500 USD (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Job Description:
As an Operations Manager at talent across borders, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of our recruiting agency specializing in attracting virtual assistants and remote workers to the USA. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the virtual assistant/remote work industry to drive our company's success.
Please note this is not an entry-level operations position. You must have at least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall operational strategy for our virtual assistant recruitment agency, leveraging your in-depth understanding of the virtual assistant/remote work model.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team, drawing on your experience to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement within the virtual assistant/remote worker market, utilizing your expertise in the industry.
Business Development:
Collaborate with the executive team to establish business development goals and targets, leveraging your knowledge of the virtual assistant/remote work industry to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships.
Utilize your experience to identify emerging trends and market conditions, proactively adapting our services and offerings to meet the evolving needs of the virtual assistant/remote work market.
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, applying your extensive experience in managing virtual assistant recruitment agencies to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of our operations.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems that optimize productivity, performance, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of virtual assistants and support staff, utilizing your experience in the virtual assistant/remote work industry to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, utilizing your expertise to support their professional growth and ensure optimal performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the company's performance, leveraging your experience to identify meaningful metrics specific to the virtual assistant/remote work industry.
Monitor and analyze operational data, generating comprehensive reports and providing insights to the executive team, driving data-informed decision-making and strategies for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of at least [5] years in a leadership role within the virtual assistant/remote work industry.
In-depth knowledge of the virtual assistant/remote work model, including understanding market trends, client expectations, and operational best practices.
