Job Description
 Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.  Oversee logistics, including transportation, inventory and warehousing.
 Prepare Tender Documents  Organize and keep records  Generate and compile operations and financial reports
 Lead and motivate a high-performing operational team.  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
 Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulations.  Prepare and manage the operations budget and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of complex operational processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
Solid understanding of logistics management, supply chain operations, and inventory control principles
Proficient in using relevant software and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
