To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily operations and logistics in several of our key markets in the United States. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing toward maximum productivity. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase and oversee the operational efficiency of assigned markets.
Objectives of this Role
Maintain constant communication with management and personnel to ensure proper operations of markets
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
Ensure operational activities remain on-time and efficient
Track market staffing requirements, hiring new staff as needed
Assist customer service with the resolution of concerns within the markets
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Remotely lead and support a team of drivers, including scheduling and check-ins
Hire, lead and train a small team of on-site team members to assist you with market operations
Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving operational efficiency and address issues
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Previous training, experience or education in management.
Previous experience building and leading a team of professionals
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations
Benefits
Salary of 700,000PHP to 800,000PHP based upon experience.
