Job Purpose:
Supervises Managers/Heads and Parts Prep Supervisor in all aspects of operations, delivery schedule and overall conformance to quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinates with site Quality Control and Supply Chain for an efficient conduct of operations and Headquarters Manufacturing for continuous manufacturing improvement.
Job Summary:
Assist in coordinating the overall operation to produce products and services at a desired quality and efficiency through proper planning, leading, organizing, staffing, controlling and monitoring of the assembly processes with its corresponding control points, utilization of manpower, materials, working environment, and equipment resources.
Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably engineering, with management background.
Skills & Experience:
1. Good analytical and judgment capability.
2. Good leadership ability
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good people management skill
5. Adept in cost analysis of the whole production operations
Experience: 5 years managerial experience in an electronics assembly plant.
