Description
1. Conceives and develops business strategies and plans in reference to market research, existing operational results, and from internal/ external data and feedback.
2. Determines and recommends the necessary operational requirements such as, but not limited to: manpower (# of personnel & new positions required), logistics (# of trucks needed), warehouse space/location, office equipments, selling & merchandising tools, etc. to achieve the appropriate COD value service-structure based on the peculiarity of the area and accounts.
3. Do Sales Trend Analysis of different Store Type channels and create action programs to improve availability and increase sales.
4. Conducts distribution/ placement check to determine and assess the effectiveness of current distribution model.
