We're hiring for a Operations Manager!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Loan Operations
Ensures monitoring over Loan Operations headed by the Loan Officer
Risk management is observed.
Guarantee adherence of all Loan Processors and Loan Officer to credit policy.
Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop and maintain work flows for all stages of loan operations.
Interviewing, hiring and training employees for Operations Department.
Perform other related work that may be assigned from time to time.
Account Management
Ensures monitoring over Account Management headed by the Account Officer.
Keeps track of all account and strategize on applicable approaches.
Key Results Area:
Effective risk management is shown.
Ensures that the Operations Department is firmly following the enforced credit policy.
Efficient validation and approval of loan.
Ensures timely feedback and coaching are provided to all employees under Operations Department.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial, Accounting and Business Management.
Must have at least two (2) years and above working experience in banking, financing or lending industry.
Related work experience must be in a supervisory up to managerial level.
