Oversee all aspects of Banana Plantations operation.
Maintain a minimum quantity of production per year.
Satisfy quality requirements of foreign buyers.
Set and maintain efficient cultural practices of all farm and pack house workers.
Plan and execute company expansion programs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Agriculture
At least 5 years experience in Export Banana Plantation Operations covering at least 50 hectares.
Able to supervise and motivate at least 50 farm workers.
Licensed to drive 2-4 wheel vehicles
