- Technical Skills: Manufacturing operations managers are skilled in operating and examining production equipment for faults and costing of product and its analyses
- Project Management Skills: They are able to handle a manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production
- Organizational Skills: They are adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacture to ensure seamless operations
- Knowledgeable with cost accounting or cost analysis
- Willing to work in Dasmarinas, preferably residing in Dasmarinas or Carmona Cavite or Laguna or nearby
