OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Technical and functional expertise, people management, business negotiation, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Business Process Knowledge/Products & Services knowledge
- Market Intelligence/New Business Prospecting
- Has a valid driver's license and can safely drive a 4 wheeled vehicle.
 
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize Sales Performance geared towards revenue
- Ensure compliance with the following: Provincial Distributor scorecard (Business Results) Business Directives (Grow Revenue) Business Processes (Distribution Flow)
- Facilitates and formulates strategies and action plans on how to deliver the desired results based on agreed compliance of (PD)
- Conducts field contacts to PD owners or personnel
- Creates & Cascades sales & marketing programs for the Sales Team
 
Salary: From Php25,000.00 per month
