The Operations Manager will directly manage will oversee team members in the production team. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals. Able to delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
 
Job Description
 
Leads and designs Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization
Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement
Drive company-wide initiatives to improve operational effectiveness as measured by quality, lead-time reduction and customer satisfaction
Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to produce tangible savings and process improvements in the manufacturing process
Prepare and track project metrics and schedules
Schedule daily production for on-time completion
Collaborate with peers and department managers to determine key goals and objectives, and corresponding metrics
Employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives
Manage timely achievement of key performance goals and objectives.
Perform root cause analysis and propose/implement process improvements to further the manufacturing output and optimize all phases of production process
