Job Description
Understanding of tides and Moon Phases
Find new spot / exploratory destinations for new expeditions
Experience in coaching, teaching and/or instructing groups
Experience in Supervising Staff
Previous guiding and customer service experience
Experience with handled radio communication, GPS, Sounder and other fishing gears associated rope and knots work.
High angle rescue and rappelling experience as asset
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Through previous work and/or education, a demonstrated understanding of Risk Management
An attitude and work history that indicates a safe working record
Excellent people skills-confident, competent, friendly, positive, and able to motivate others
Demonstrated leadership ability
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Able to work and perform in varied weather conditions, under pressure with awareness of safety to self and others.
High Degree of Physical coordination and mechanical aptitude
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS windows anf Office programs
