Roles and Responsibilities
Residential cleaning company based in Florida, USA is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of the company.
The position is a blend of a virtual assistant, team supervisor and customer support specialist and requires excellent phone communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of BPO experience, proven ability to multitask and work in a team and independently. He or she must be a master problem solver and be able to comfortably communicate our premium cleaning prices over the phone, handle price objections, upsell and convert the leads.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing back-office operations;
- Answering inbound phone calls, providing phone quotes, booking cleanings;
- Quoting online;
- Making follow up calls to leads;
- Making outbound (cold) calls to potential clients and prospects;
- Managing internal communication with cleaning staff: assign them to cleaning jobs, train as needed (virtually), inform of company's policies and procedures;
- Maintaining our back-office scheduling system: create and manage bookings, send out schedules, charge credit cards, etc.;
- Participating in the hiring and training of new cleaners;
- Customer support: answering clients' questions over the phone, email and chat, handling clients' issues and requests, etc.;
- Helping develop and implement lead generation strategies,
- Participating in marketing efforts: help develop promotions, design email campaigns (using KEAP by Infusionsoft), help with social media posts;
- Communicating with the owner as needed.
Required Experience
- Excellent communication and people's skills;

- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team building and people management;
- Computer savvy: able to quickly learn simple software programs used to run the business (Slack, KEAP, etc.)
- Able to multitask and solve problems quickly and think creatively;
- Able to grasp things fast and work independently;
- Can-do attitude - able to handle tasks and problems from the beginning to the end.
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellence in phone sales skills (handling price objections, closing sales);
- Strong customer service skills;
