OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR QUARRYING
 
This manager oversees the extraction and processing of aggregates and other materials at a quarry site.
 
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, often in Mining Engineering, Mineral Extraction Technology, Geology, or a related field is required.
Licensing & Certifications (Critical):
Quarry Manager Certificate of Competency or similar certification. Certification in health, safety, and environmental (SHE) management.
Experience:
Extensive experience in quarry operations, including drilling, blasting, extraction, processing, and heavy machinery use.
Proven track record in a supervisory or management role at a quarry or mine site.
