QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience with exposure to e-commerce / retail / industrial / operations / engineering projects
- Track record of successful project implementation and project portfolio coordination is required
- Track record of managing a company's operational planning activities (manpower, equipment, consumables, etc.)
- Strong communication abilities, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills
- Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel
- Versatile and Adaptive: Can work with different functions and quickly adjust to changes in his/her environment
- Leader and Team-player: Can assume leadership roles and be a team member
- Structured Problem-solver and Data-Driven: Thinks through issues with structure and uses data to create an optimized solution
- Reliable and Independent: Has a track record in delivering outcomes and results, through own initiative with minimal direction
