Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment operations of the executive search, specialist recruitment and outsourcing teams
Ensure and monitor the service delivery against contractual terms and service level agreements (SLA)
Identify, develop and establish new clients, and negotiate service agreements
Handle account management, maintenance and retention of existing clients
Handle concerns escalated by clients, and find solutions or make recommendations
Mentor, coach and train staff. Ensure effective performance optimization of all team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management, Business Administration or other related courses
With 8 to 10 years of experience in recruitment operations, and at least 3 years in a Managerial role
At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in a recruitment firm; knowledgeable in the over-all operations of a recruitment firm
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing and account management
With good understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss
Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
