Job Summary
 
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the entire site, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing customer service strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be customer-focused, and have a track record of improving customer service metrics and overall departments standard.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management.
Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans.
May contribute to the development of strategies and makes decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.
Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments; identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specification, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems, and voice networks; designing user interfaces; developing and executing user acceptance test plans; planning and controlling implementations.
Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs, and installing upgrades.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field
10+ years of experience in customer service, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute overall operational strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Can work in a team and facilitates good working between all teams
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and good problem solver
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Flexible with the tasks that will be assigned especially on the client's need
Must be willing to work in Davao Site, graveyard shift, and holidays
Preferably from Davao applicants or willing to relocate to Davao site
Can start immediately
